Either you suspect or you know your organization has been a victim of loan fraud. Who would you turn to and engage to assist you in determining the amount of fraud? How do you stop the fraud from continuing and begin to recover your loan? Each of the panel members has significant experience uncovering and working on fraud cases. Learn from industry leaders on how they have worked together to stop continuing losses, unraveled the intricacies and magnitude of the fraud, developed evidence to assist in the prosecution of the perpetrators and managed the recovery of the loan. You will learn the various roles of the lender, crisis manager, CRO, forensic accountants, lawyers and litigators on how to maximize recovery in the worst of situations. The panel will include:
