Prior Experience

Zach began his professional career at GEICO, where he rose to a leadership capacity in each of the departments he served.

His initial responsibilities were client-side in the property insurance department where he was able to fine-tune his customer relations skills. He later migrated to an analyst position and was instrumental in a contributing to the company’s overall growth and profitability by using predictive analytics to evaluate product offerings and the company’s competitive position through the use of various languages to analyze sales and profit data.

Zach also completed the company’s comprehensive leadership program and in a supervisory role was responsible for training staff, budgeting, monitoring sales performance and other business operations.
