Kristen manages Dopkins’ human resource compliance responsibilities, leads the One Firm Recruitment and Retention programs and is responsible for the leadership of the Support Team.

Prior to joining Dopkins in 2015, she served Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel LLP for 24 years, the last 18 as Human Resource Manager.
