Published October 22, 2021 – With the number of ransomware attacks is up 150% since the pandemic began, the sense of urgency to protect your business against a cyber attack has never ben greater. William Prohn recently participated in a virtual panel discussion on best practices and risk assessments.

Many companies, large and small, have yet to safeguard data and other information from ransomware in the most basic of ways. The longer this goes on, the more likely the companies will be the target of hackers seeking money to return data to its source.

So, act now. That is the advice of authorities who participated in the recent Panel of Experts: Cybersecurity discussion hosted by Buffalo Business First.
