MENTORING MONDAY EVENT

Join Business First from 3:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m., Feb 24 for the 7th annual tradition that brings women together in a casual, fast-paced coaching atmosphere.

This is the time to ask mentors how to get on nonprofit boards and how to network.

This event will take place in 40 markets on the same day which means at least 200+ women will be coached in every market or 8,000+ women across America, from Albany to Hawaii.

The event will offer attendees the opportunity to choose from mentors who are the most influential women in the community for one-on-one coaching sessions for five–minute conversations. The attendees will stand in line and wait for a particular mentor or move to the next mentor available. This will allow the attendees to network with each other while they are waiting, which is just as important as the coaching sessions. We expect every attendee to have the opportunity to meet between one and seven mentors. The quick turnaround is organized chaos which will be fast, fun and fulfilling as everyone gets the chance to meet new people and gain new insights.

Who:

Samantha Affolter, Manager from Dopkins Tax Advisory Group, will participate with over 40 women leaders from the financial services, business, not-for-profit, healthcare, legal and educational industries as mentors.   Roughly 200 guests are anticipated to attend this annual event.
