Rachel A. Kowalski
As a member of Dopkins Assurance Services Group, Rachel helps clients understand business processes and master risk management. Rachel joined Dopkins full time in 2024 upon graduation after serving an extended internship with the Firm. She has focused on Internal Controls, Financial Statement Audits, Reviews, and Employee Benefit Plan Audits as well as the preparation of financial statements and corresponding footnotes to form an opinion for clients from a diverse range of industries.

Prior Experience
While pursuing her education, Rachel served as a Camp Counselor for the Town of Amherst Summer Day Camp. In this capacity, she facilitated age-appropriate activities for children 5-ll years old while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Rachel was an active member of the State University of New York at Buffalo community. Included among her activities was her role of VP of Finance, for the University at Buffalo chapter of DECA (formerly Distributive Education Clubs of America, Inc), a global organization that prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges around the globe. She was also an active member of University at Buffalo Women in Management (UBWIM), an organization dedicated to building a professional ladder for UB undergraduate and graduate female students in Management through transformative educational experience, professional networking, and leadership excellence cultivation.
