As a member of Dopkins Asset Based Lending team, Michael is responsible for providing timely, on-site field examinations of the collateral assigned to commercial lenders across North America. He performs independent analyses on borrower collateral records and financial reports in order to assist financial institutions determine and assess collateral values utilized to secure loans and credit worthiness, while also facilitating the identification of potential credit risk to lenders.
Michael joined Dopkins in 2017 and will be based in the Firm’s Buffalo, NY office.
B.B.A./M.B.A. in Registered Accounting, cum laude, Saint Bonaventure University
While pursuing his academic career, Michael spent several years working for a major distributor of branded apparel and merchandise. His position elevated to that of accounting intern, where he facilitated a purchase analysis of inventory and pricing, as well as prepared a 6-figure operating budget.
