Not-for-Profit Specialists

Not-for-profit is a tax status, not a business model. They have many unique and specific requirements and challenges including accountability to clients, funders, the public, regulators and advocacy groups.

Dopkins has a large not-for-profit practice, serving primarily health and welfare and human services agencies, schools, private clubs and some culturals.

We are looking for someone who not only is experienced with the not-for-profit sector, but enjoys it and is passionate about helping our clients realize their missions. Services we provide include:

• Audit & accounting services
• Management consulting
• Single audit services
• Yellow book audits
• HUD audits
• Cost report audits
• Internal efficiency studies
• Outsourced accounting functions

If you will be fulfilled by concentrating on serving not-for-profit clients, we should talk.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years not-for-profit experience
• Strong analytical/writing/verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn in order to grow within our fast paced, high growth not-for-profit practice
• CPA designation is preferred, but not essential
