He performs pre-loan and recurring due diligence examinations, interpreting, examining and reporting on the collateral and internal controls of the firm’s commercial finance clients’ perspective and existing borrowers.

Prior to joining Dopkins, Justin worked in Risk and ABL positions as a Senior Consultant with Watermark Advisory Group, as an AVP of Healthcare Intelligence and as a Senior Analyst at GE Healthcare Financial Services. 

Justin also has 12 years of extensive and varied experience on the provider side of healthcare financial management, serving as a Chief Financial Officer, Controller and Director of Reimbursement in the Hospital, Skilled Nursing Facility, Homecare and Durable Medical Equipment industries.  His industry experience includes being on the other side of an ABL examination, helping him understand the client’s perspective and speak their language during an examination. Justin joined Dopkins ABL Consulting in 2011.
