Joe is based in Rochester, NY, where plans, designs and performs sophisticated field examinations in a variety of businesses and industries throughout North America. He interprets and examines the collateral and internal controls of the Firm’s commercial finance clients’ perspective and existing borrowers.  Further, Joe maintains direct relationships with the most recognized lenders in the asset-based industry.

Prior to joining Dopkins ABL Consulting Services in 2006, Joe enjoyed a successful banking career for greater than 15 years, most recently (1997 – 2006) as a commercial lender for First Niagara Bank, Citibank and UPS Capital. 

Joe’s earlier banking roles also included portfolio management, for both performing and distressed clients, as well as intricate credit analyses.

Education

• Bachelors Degrees in Economics & Finance from St. John Fisher College
