Jerry concentrates almost entirely on non-profit and health care engagements, providing: general audits, not-for-profit audits, governmental audits including HUD, examinations of prospective financial information, reviews and compilations and reimbursement maximization. He has an established relationship with many New York State funding source representatives and consults extensively on issues unique to the not-for-profit sector. Jerry is the leader of the Dopkins Not-for-Profit Industry Service Group that is staffed with members from all departments who have extensive experience with the accounting, reporting, regulatory, and operational and tax aspects of not-for-profit organizations. He joined the Firm in 1986 with two years public accounting experience.
